FROM THE SMOKER

Our meats are dry rubbed with over 10 herbs & spices, marinated

and slowly cooked with pecan wood. Due to the nature of the

smoking process, meat is pink in colo. Both ribs and chicken

are basted with a maple peanut butter glaze.
